THE JOURNEY · CREATION TO ETERNITY

Every beginning asks a question.

12 stages, from belief and existence to prayer, Quran reading, and daily life. Explore the sources and take your next step.

STAGE 7 OF 12 · FAITH & EXISTENCE

Death & the life to come

Read the sources. Reflect. Find a practical next step.

Illustrative landscape; not a depiction of the unseen
07 · THE HEREAFTER

Death & the life to come

The Qur’an teaches that every soul will taste death. It describes a barrier, called barzakh, until resurrection. The trumpet, resurrection, and judgement are part of Islamic belief. These images are symbolic learning aids; they do not show what the unseen actually looks like. This is an overview, not a precise ordering of every event.

An overview of the unseen

Keep the Quranic references separate from the imagined landscape. The artwork is an atmosphere for reading, not evidence for how barzakh or resurrection appears.

Learn beyond a short summary

The Hereafter section offers a broader introduction. Questions about particular details should be studied through their sources and reliable explanations.
